Meet The Team

Founder and Owner of Mindful Movement Studio

Nikki Jury

Nikki first discovered Pilates at age 15 while training at her ballet studio, using it to strengthen her core and prevent injuries. She quickly fell in love with the technique – the flowing movements, the challenge, and the incredible changes she noticed in her body. From that moment, she knew she wanted to share Pilates with others in a way that was creative, enjoyable, and balanced – blending mobility and strength with seamless, flowing transitions.

In 2013, Nikki completed her Diploma of Pilates Instruction through Pilates International Training Centre, and by 2014 she had brought her vision to life, creating the studio of her dreams. Now, as a mum to two young energetic boys, she understands the importance of carving out time for movement that supports both body and mind.

At Mindful Movement Studio, Nikki has built a space where movement is about more than just exercise. It’s about moving from a place of love, embracing strength, flexibility, and mobility, and enjoying that satisfying burn. Classes are designed to be mindful and grounding, encouraging you to show up fully, connect with your body, and have a little fun along the way.

Stacey’s passion for movement began at an early age with her first dance class, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to fitness. After transitioning from dance, she discovered a new passion for strength and conditioning in the Gym.

In 2017, Stacey expanded her expertise by earning a Certificate III in Fitness, leading her to work in Gyms and specialise in Barre and Pilates. Upon completing her Mat Pilates training with Studio Pilates, she found her true calling in the fitness industry. She was drawn to the strength, low-impact benefits, and fluidity reminiscent of dance, inspiring both her own progress and that of her clients.
